It is believed by some that worrying is a sin.....

How could such a natural and common emotion be a violation of God's will?
Without attempting to answer that question, all of us can argue that worry is rarely, if ever, helpful and it is usually detrimental to our quality of life.

Worry is bad for our physical health, bad for our mental health, and it doesn't change anything.
Fundamentally, worry is a lack of faith in God and His protection and provision in our lives.

It is true He doesn't promise to make everything turn out like we want it to......
........but He does promise to meet all our needs and to never forsake us.
