Fear..........?

If the Lord be with us...., we have no cause of fear.
His eye is upon us,
His arm over us,
His ear open to our prayer,
His grace sufficient,
His promise unchangeable.

The fear reaction is wired into our brains, a part of our physiology.
It's what triggers our fight-or-flight reaction, which can save our lives during sudden life-threatening circumstances.

But fear is also an emotion that can interrupt our spiritual progress—and our lives in general—when it slips out of our control.

Consideration.....
John, Jesus' "beloved disciple," contrasts fear vs love in 1 John 4:18—the two are complete opposites.
And if God is love, He is the solution to out-of-control fear.
Whatever you're afraid of, surrender that fear to a loving relationship with God.
If you're afraid of the past, remember that He makes all things new.
If you dread the future, meditate on His providence and plans for you.
If you fear the loss of relationship, remember that He will never leave you and ask Him to help you nurture love and closeness with those around you.
And if you fear dying or losing someone, remember that He has conquered death.
Fear can be a formidable foe.
But God is truly able to help us expel it from our lives.

Contemplation.....
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10

Know that God the Father can do anything......
Ask for His Spirit to fill me/you with His' Love so that we might be free from fears.....

Shalom
