Opportunities......vs. Priorities / Geleenthede....vs. Prioriteite

....You can do Anything, -but doing Everything, -isn't feasible!...

The contemporary world is saturated with Opportunities...
There are tons of great things to do and places to go.

Moreover, most of them look appealing and such that can take you closer to the things you want to accomplish.

Indeed, the abundance of opportunities leads to the desire to do everything and be everywhere at the very same time.

'FOMO' - Fear Of Missing Out...
You have a feeling that it's foolish to miss out on taking a chance that the life provides you with...

Eventually, you end up saying yes to every single offer you get!

Unfortunately, contrary to popular belief, this approach is not going to make you more successful, productive or happier person....!
Instead, it will make you feel overwhelmed, exhausted and busy...

Be super picky when it comes to saying yes.
Be thrifty with your time and don't be afraid of saying no.
Set priorities and stick with them.
Reject all the secondary proposals and focus on basics that matter most.

“Deciding what not to do is just as important deciding what to do...
It’s true for companies, and it’s true for products.”
...This is true for you and your priorities as well.At the end of a day, it's better to be great at one thing than being mediocre at hundreds of things...

At the end of my life, what do I want to be remembered for..?

Do you really want it to be the number of Instagram followers you have or the time you spend working or the size of your bank balance?
The one regret many have is not having the courage to live a life true to themselves instead of the life others expected of them...

Live the life you truly want, and not what others pressure you to do, feel, be, etc.!
Making room for 'real' priorities: important friendships, goals and your passions. With FOMO, it’s all about streamlining, time management and prioritizing so that you don’t let that fear control you!
Shalom... & Maranatha!
