I ran across old photographs of offices from 1910 and 1911.
That's over 100 years ago. ....

The thought hit me...
It's a rather macabre thought but I thought it nonetheless.
"All of the people in this photograph are dead!"
They had to be at least 20 when they worked in the office so that would make them 120+ now if they were still alive.
It's highly unlikely they are 120 years old so all of the people in the photograph from 100 years ago are dead.
So what's the inspirational point of that?
It's the grim reminder that some say we are all going to die.
What do I mean, "some say?"

Well you may be planning on dying but I'm not.....
I'm just changing vehicles.
This one is starting to creak anyway.
The enlightened people of the New Testament looked forward to the day when they left this earth and the troubles of this life.
One group welcomed the transition; one group feared it.
What's the difference?
Perhaps the difference is the knowledge of what waits for us on the other sides and to which side we are headed.....
