Some Insights........

* DO NOT minimize the fear and self-doubt, or call it something it isn't (such as nervousness, or apprehensiveness)
* Just admit that/what you feel 'afraid for, scared for or whatever' ( & describe it...), to yourself, (and ideally to the person that is the 'Subject of your Love'.)
* On a scale of on 1 to 10, how much (magnitude) fear & self-doubt are you experiencing?
* Imagine/ Outline : What's the worst 'scenario' (possible thing) that could happen?
* Gather ALL the relevant (correctfactual information /support you can find with respect to alternative avenues (resources) available to cope with your 'worst case scenario' so it can be pro-actively avoided & consequently wouldn't/couldn't occur.
* Confront the perception, and dissipate the fear with 'factual (not imagined) evidence'.
(Ignoring it, will just cause more uneasiness....)
* By addressing this physical situation, not only do you survive, but you are generally able to walk through the 'perceived difficulty'.
* You have arrived in 'present-moment time' of "now".
* When you 'walk-through' your 'perceived' fear and self-doubt, you always end up in ......a 'Place of Relieve & consequent Joy....'
When we operate out of fear, we can expect the Lord to lovingly discipline us in order to help us learn to trust Him.
There is a danger when we seek to "insure ourselves" against calamity.
If your actions are born from fear, you can expect God to demonstrate His loving reproof so that you might not live in fear.

Shalom
