Confidence in God..?

"Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." Proverbs 19:21

The only real Gleam of Hope, -when everything is said & done, (and I cannot underrate it from a pragmatic perspective), is from an unwavering Confidence in God.
When I look upward it (and sometimes see the thunder clouds of circumstances around me), the 'knowledge of God is in Control', calms any apprehension for the future, and I seem to comprehend a thought, indicating....:
'If I clothe the lilies of the field, shall I not also clothe you?'

Herein is my continually strong confidence in the
future, and I will wait (sometimes to my detriment, -unpatiently,) for the direction of Providence.



.......A confidence that God would always provide, what I needed when He seems fit.
Sometimes it came from my business.
Sometimes it came through others.
I am these days not anymore overly concerned with where his provision would come from, because my confidence is unwaiveringly in God, my sole Provider.
My track-record is affirming this attiude of mine of the benefit that came to a Believer from a Kingdom perspective.
It isn't a person, a church or a business that is my provider..... It IS ONLY God.
The others are merely instruments / tools God use to support me....

God's plans may not always seem to follow my natural inclination.
Perhaps God has you, (like with me), taking an uncertain path (from our perspective) that may not lead to His ultimate destination for you. We are continually being tested, for the purity of our Motives; our real reasons; our Priorities. Very little Spiritual Growth takes place without inherent 'pain'.......

Nevertheless......
"Trust in the Lord, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all you do, and He shall direct your path (see Prov. 3:5-6). "
